&: Life in the Tension

Is God in control of my life or am I? Is God a God of wrath or a God of love? Should we stop going to church and just be the church? Is it God’s will to heal me or will I go on suffering? Is there even a difference between “male” and “female” or do those distinctions not matter anymore? It often feels like there are massive contradictions within scripture or Christianity as a whole. But the truth is actually found in the tensions.
